WCTE-TV gave a diverse group of Upper Cumberland Farmers a Flip Cam to share a glimpse into what it takes to live "Life as a Farmer" in these modern times.
"Life as a Farmer" is a project through WCTE-TV and its Live Green & Prosper initiative, with additional support from SARE, Flip for Good, our community partners, and you.

3 Sisters Farm is a family owned and operated farm, with spring, summer, fall and winter fruits and/or vegetables. They are certified "Naturally Grown". In addition to selling at the Cookeville Farmers Market on Fridays and Saturdays, they are now signing up CSA customers.
They grow spinach, rhubarb, carrots, onions, salad greens, radishes, kohlrabi, Chinese cabbages and other specialty crops for the early Spring and Fall harvests, Fall including pumpkins, corn stalks and gourds. Their Summer bounty includes corn, tomatoes, peppers, beans, squashes, potatoes, herbs, okra, melons, water melons, cut flowers and other nifty veges (lots of heirlooms).
